Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Customer Service
- Answering customer enquiries;
- Taking orders and entering orders onto ERP system;
- Handle complaints;
- School Certificate or above
- 2 years working experience in customer service is preferred
- Industry or related product experience is preferred
- Familiar with MS Office and ERP system is required
- Good Command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Willing to learn and work on shift (9am to 6pm or 11am to 8pm)
