Johnson Electric is looking for an Engineering Manager or Principal Engineer to oversee mechanical design teams which design automation equipment for in-house global manufacturing plants of the company.
Requirements:
Master’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering preferred
At least 15 years of experiences in automation equipment mechanical system design and fabrication, with at least 5 years of leadership roles on leading a mechanical department/teams not less than 50 engineers and technicians
Rich experience & capability to formulate a vision on mechanical system design with mass customization, modulus design as well as lean concept with excellent flexibility in quick models change over
Rich experiences in transforming process requirements into machine’s requirement with good process (Cpk) & maintenance capability
Experiences in applications of traceability system, Industrial 4.0, IoT & OPC etc. which match with MES system
Knowledge in Mechanical system design of Vision system and applications of AI and Big data technology
Knowledge in Mechanical design of different Testing equipment like NVH, leakage, performance testers will be an advantages
Ready to make changes in confronting with opportunities/challenges in order to reengineer processes and organization for better productivity and innovation
Simulation of production line to facilitate high first pass yield fulfilling Cpk, CT requirements is an advantages
Team building leadership and create a learning culture organization for further growth
Working location: Jiangmen, Guangdong, China (we may consider offering Hong Kong employment but 5 days station in Jiangmen)
