About the Role
Manage the on-going development of loyalty program as a major strategy to drive engagement from current and potential premier customers.Roles and Responsibilities:
Program Development
- Drive and develop overall loyalty marketing and communication strategy based on data, customers’ insights and business needs.
- Explore, identify and provide oversight on external vendors to curate signature offers and events.
- Co-ordinate with internal IT team for proper system development, migration and maintenance based on existing roadmap.
- Prepare business statistics and analytical reports to understand members’ behaviors and evaluate campaign performance for continuous improvements.
- Monitor and manage program expenditures and ensure that it is within approved budgets.
Member Engagement
- Drive and develop strategies to strengthen existing members’ engagement and recruit new members.
- Drive and develop strategies to encourage members to upgrade tiers.
- Manage and keep track of member acquisition, retention, reactivation opportunities that drives conversion and growth.
- Work closely with Loyalty Program hotline team to formulate protocol to resolve customers’ enquiries and requests.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by superior(s) in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
- A minimum 5 years solid experience in loyalty programs with extensive exposure in customer relationship management.
- Additional previous working experience relating to consultancy, agencies and CX/CRM capacity will be preferred.
- Customer centric, analytical, detail-minded with strong analytical and execution skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skill with business acumen.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, which includes Cantonese and Putonghua.
