This role will be overseeing and managing the production engineering department within an organization. This role involves ensuring efficient production processes, optimizing manufacturing capabilities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals. The Production Engineering Manager is also responsible for managing a team of production engineers, providing technical guidance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- A Bachelor's Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Building Service Engineering or related disciplines or above.
- Having at least 5 years of GMP or HACCP experience in manufacturing (at managerial or supervisory level) in food industry or pharmaceutical.
- Equipped project management experience in food production or pharmaceutical plant construction is highly preferred.
- Excellent in communication, problem-solving, time management and prioritization skills.
