As a Sr. Customer Operations Specialist, you are required to be a business expert for normal & consignment sales order management for both Surgical and Vision Care Business, acting as the back up for Team Leads.
In this role, a typical day will include:
Create and process orders in SAP upon receiving from customers via various channels. Monitor order to invoice flow with 3PL, streamline order management function to ensure order accuracy, confirmation, timely dispatch and acceptance, invoicing and return arrangement for both Vision Care and Surgical Business.
Closely collaborate with Commercial and Enabling Functions to drive process optimization to ensure customer satisfaction and best interest for company.
Develop KPI report and statistics to analyze trend and identify action plan for process gaps.
Manage exchange and return / rejection mapping reporting to reflect accurate inventory status.
Support system related tasks such as master data clean up, document user training manual and train the team
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
Undergraduate in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration or related discipline
Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
5 to 7 years working experience in Supply Chain or OTI, preferably in Medical Device/FMCG industry
SAP knowledge is a plus
Proficient in computer skills such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Well organized, proactive and detail-minded
Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
