Job Responsibilities:
- Handle personal and business-related matters of the CEO and provide secretarial support
- Responsible for organizing, scheduling, answer incoming calls and general enquiries
- Responsible for arranging the schedule of family members
- Responsible for managing the household’s calendar, travel plans, and event arrangements
- Sort and review incoming mails/ emails/ correspondences
- Handle travel itineraries; flight tickets, hotel accommodations, and visa arrangements
- Handling personal tasks – occasional personal assignments, such as organizing household staff, managing family schedules, and running errands
- Maintaining important documents and files, both physical and digital, creating and updating spreadsheets, presentations, and reports
- Ability to accompany the CEO on business trips and handle all travel logistics
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role in sizable Banks or Financial Institutions
- Degree in any disciplines
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to details
- Excellent time management skills, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities

- Self-motivated, positive, enthusiastic, discreet, and honest
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and travel booking systems
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Experience in a C-Level Assistant role is a plus
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is a plus
