Responsibilities: Develop segment strategies, business plans and indicators for personal banking market, monitor results and progress Multi-dimensional analysis of customer behaviors and needs, understanding market conditions, developing customer value positioning and customer-level strategies Focus on the management and development of young, mid and high-end customer segment, establish and implement business models, aim to improve customer base structure and identify potential customers to upgrade Through the appropriate customer segmentation strategy and the establishment of customer-level brand value positioning, to acquire and retain target customers, increase loyalty, asset value, product usage and revenue Develop relevant customer service models and service levels to promote the effective implementation of service models and meet requirements Report the latest issues and trends on the customer's stratified strategies, policies and programs in a timely manner, and provide Segment strategy and recommendations to management Negotiate with product managers, other customer managers, units to set business indicators and sales management plans for different products to ensure that business indicators and product pricing are consistent with the business strategy Manage budget of the whole customer management to ensure that the operating expenses of the unit is within the budget; Conduct regular assessments of the performance of customer management and initiate revision plans if necessary Update relevant parties on any urgent issue related to customer management; and provide business support to all units/ SEA institutions within the Group according to the Group's strategy and business development needs Requirements: Bachelor degree holder or above Minimum of 12 years of working experience in financial institutions, of which minimum of 7 years of experiences shall be related to segment management (e.g. customer management, client facing, etc.), product development and marketing; minimum of 5 years of team management experience is preferred Familiar with personal banking business and products Possess sound understanding in local regulatory requirements, industry peers and market practices, etc. Familiar with bank operations and have a good understanding of the concepts, principles and monitoring framework of risk management Proficiency in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua) with good communication skills
