*Role: Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness, increase engagement, generate leads and build community. Create and curate engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms. Manage the day-to-day operations of our social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring. Work alongside the rest of the team to create content that aligns with the company's wider goals and objectives. Develop and implement paid advertising strategies across Twitter, Google and Meta. *Requirements: Experiment with different types of advertising including but not limited to PPC and keywords, display and programmatic and Social Media ads and use data and analytics to assess and optimise our strategies accordingly. Curate comprehensive target personas and audiences. Design effective A/B testing and retargeting strategies to refine our target audiences and optimise performance. Source creatives proactively, be comfortable experimenting with different creatives to get the message across. Collaborate with marketing teams Effective communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills Ability to speak other European and Asian languages a plus
