- 管理店舖日常營運及建立高效團隊
- 帶領團隊達成公司營業指標及符合公司服務標準
- 提升顧客服務質素及保持品牌形象
- 發掘及推動銷售策略
- 最少8年美妝專櫃銷售管理經驗
- 個性開朗主動, 積極, 態度友善, 有責任心
- 對美容零售行業充滿熱誠，積極主動
- 能獨立處事及具危機應變能力
- 具良好的溝通能力，銷售技巧及顧客服務態度
- 能操流利廣東話、普通話及基本英語
