We will rely on you to:
- Provide overall administrative support to the regional team on scheduling meetings, calls, expense reimbursement, calendar management and business travel logistics.
- Assist in the management of meetings, presentations, and events.
- Manage general office administration, arrange courier/ shipment / invoice settlement and ad hoc events if any.
What you need to have:
- 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience especially in an administrative role.
- Attentive to details. Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be a plus.
- Strong IT skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated and demonstrated professionalism. Eager to learn new things.
- Self-driven and has the ability to prioritize tasks with a proactive and motivated personality.
