n this role, you have opportunity to

Act as Assistant Marketing Manager to join the highly successful Philips personal health business. You will enter the fast-paced, multinational environment of Philips in Hong Kong.

 

You are responsible for

  • Defines proposals for marketing strategy for specific product categories.
  • Plan and execute brand 360 marketing programs including ATL, BTL, Digital and PR.
  • Drive and implement business and marketing goals to support the overall market strategy and growth.   
  • Gathering information and working on product strategy, making marketing analysis to cope with business and market needs of local market.
  • Collaborate and work with multifunctional teams, agencies and business partners to deliver execution excellence.
  • Introduces new supporting process activities.

 

You are a part of

Dedicated Marketing Team of Philips Hong Kong. Philips is a leading brand with a healthy and growing business, and with ambitious future growth plans. You will report to Marketing Manager, Personal Health who based in HK, and will be working in a network of various stakeholders in Greater China region.

 

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience of integrated marketing role from MNC FMCG/Beauty business, with CBEC experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and the passion to drive business growth. Ability to think creatively and pragmatically.
  • Excellent project management skills and broad interests that allow you to create multi-disciplinary environments that inspire and motivate others.
  • Ability to collaborate with local marketing and sales teams, influence others, present convincing arguments and build and maintain extensive networks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent communications skill, good in Mandarin and English.
