Act as Assistant Marketing Manager to join the highly successful Philips personal health business. You will enter the fast-paced, multinational environment of Philips in Hong Kong.
You are responsible for
- Defines proposals for marketing strategy for specific product categories.
- Plan and execute brand 360 marketing programs including ATL, BTL, Digital and PR.
- Drive and implement business and marketing goals to support the overall market strategy and growth.
- Gathering information and working on product strategy, making marketing analysis to cope with business and market needs of local market.
- Collaborate and work with multifunctional teams, agencies and business partners to deliver execution excellence.
- Introduces new supporting process activities.
You are a part of
Dedicated Marketing Team of Philips Hong Kong. Philips is a leading brand with a healthy and growing business, and with ambitious future growth plans. You will report to Marketing Manager, Personal Health who based in HK, and will be working in a network of various stakeholders in Greater China region.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience of integrated marketing role from MNC FMCG/Beauty business, with CBEC experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the passion to drive business growth. Ability to think creatively and pragmatically.
- Excellent project management skills and broad interests that allow you to create multi-disciplinary environments that inspire and motivate others.
- Ability to collaborate with local marketing and sales teams, influence others, present convincing arguments and build and maintain extensive networks
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
- Excellent communications skill, good in Mandarin and English.
