YOUR MISSION
- Greet & register visitor
- Responsible for all incoming calls and general inquiries
- Handle stationary ordering and printing matters
- Liaise conference room booking, set up and preparation
- Monitor office cleanness & tidiness
- Handle courier deliveries and distribute to internal departments
- General administration duties as assigned
- Maintain office facilities and deal with property management matters
- Organize staff events
- Other Adhoc assignments as requested
YOUR TALENT
- Diploma Holder or above
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in sizable companies
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Organized and detailed, with positive mindset
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Good sense of housekeeping and sustainability
- Basic MS Word and Excel knowledge
