- Assist in investor communications: Support the investor relations team in preparing and distributing communications to investors, including newsletters, updates, and reports
- Maintain investor database: Organize and update investor information and contact details in our investor relations management system. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data
- Coordinate investor meetings and events: Assist in scheduling and coordinating investor meetings, conference calls, and presentations. Prepare materials and presentation decks for these engagements
- Prepare investor reports and presentations: Utilize Excel and Word to compile and analyze financial data, create charts and graphs, and generate reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct market and competitor research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Assist in preparing research reports and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other departments to gather information and support their investor relations-related needs
- Well-organized and detail-oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy when working with complex investor-related information
- Deadline-driven: Capability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work under time constraints
- Strong interest in investor relations: Demonstrated enthusiasm for the investor relations field and a desire to gain practical experience in this area
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word: Experience with creating spreadsheets, performing calculations, and generating reports. Familiarity with advanced Excel functions and macros is a plus
