Responsibilities and Duties
- Financial analysis and reporting: Analyse financial data, create financial models for decision support, and report on financial performance against key business metrics.
- Budgeting and forecasting: Support in the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and identification of trends.
- Investment analysis: Evaluate potential investments and projects, conduct market research on latest trends in healthcare industry; perform in depth valuation, build financial models
- M&A: Assist with transaction execution, including due diligence, communication with third party vendors, work on post M&A integration with internal stakeholders
- Collaboration: work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business management or related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience as a financial analyst / investment banking / private equity / valuation work / financial due diligence work.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Self motivated and be able to work in a highly dynamic environment.
