Job Responsibilities Manage and process all aspects of leasing matters including but not limited to potential sites feasibility study, prepare budget planning, tenancy administration, review of leasing agreements and handover completion; Work collaboratively with internal and external business partners to secure the leasing projects of which are carried out smoothly with the timeline; Plan and implement leasing strategy and annual business plan of leasing matter to cope with the vision and goal with different brands in Hong Kong; Handle Ad hoc projects as assigned by the Management.
Requirements Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experiences gained in F&B site leasing and site acquisition; Hands-on experience in handling tenancy matters, reviewing tenancy agreement and preparing letter correspondence; Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills; Have good network with key landlords/ property developers or agencies Excellent command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
