Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the overall enterprise architecture for healthcare technology, ensuring its alignment with business objectives, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and subject matter experts to understand their needs, define technology requirements, and translate them into effective architecture solutions. Lead the evaluation and selection of technology platforms, applications, and vendors considering factors such as cost-effectiveness, scalability, security, and future-proofing. Define and maintain the architecture principles, guidelines, and standards for healthcare technology, ensuring adherence across all projects and initiatives. Create and communicate architectural roadmaps, solution blueprints, and implementation plans to stakeholders, highlighting the business value and anticipated outcomes. Identify and assess risks associated with technology transformation initiatives, proposing mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration with existing systems and seamless data flow across applications. Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle and ensure compliance with architectural standards. Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and industry innovations within the healthcare technology sphere, providing recommendations on their potential impact and applicability. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the technology teams, encouraging innovation, knowledge sharing, and skill development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience (8+ years) in enterprise architecture, with a focus on healthcare technology within the insurance or healthcare industry. Strong understanding of healthcare data models, integration patterns, patient engagement platforms, and analytics solutions. Proficiency in architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and modeling tools. Excellent communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese), and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to think strategically and drive the resolution of complex technology challenges. A track record of successfully leading technology transformations, driving innovative solutions, and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
