Wealth & Personal Banking (WPB) Chief of Staff Office We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Business Strategy Manager. Principal responsibilities Formulate WPB's medium term strategies across all WPB teams according to the Bank's strategic planning framework Research, provide recommendations and produce management reports, presentations, paper and periodic updates for HASE WPB, EXCO and the Board Work in close collaboration with the HASE China business to identify and develop strategy to capture GBA & cross-boundary opportunities Interact with regulators, industry bodies and other external partners on strategy and partnership development Manage and coordinate cross-WPB activities and facilitate cross-business collaborations Support key activities of Chief of Staff office including scorecards and commentary Requirements University graduate with a minimum of 8 years of retail banking experience Sound business acumen with long-term vision in driving the formulation of WPB strategies Excellent written communication, oral presentation and interpersonal skills; able to articulate conceptual ideas and strategic directives to a wide range of audience Good interpersonal, influencing & problem solving skills and the ability to drive a diverse group including internal and external partners Project management skill with a track record in leading and mobilising cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities Committed, self-motivated and action-oriented personality with strong ownership to drive business performance Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery Visit Hang Seng Career Page and sign up with our Talent Community to receive the latest information about our career opportunities in Hang Seng Hong Kong. # LI-HASE
