As a leading home-grown asset manager in Hong Kong, Hang Seng Investment has 30 years of asset management experience. We are seeking a high caliber to join us as Senior Product Management Manager. Principal responsibilities Oversee and manage the entire product platform covering ETFs, unit trusts and investment mandates. Plan and lead product changes and rationalization that are consistent with the overall product strategy and regulatory requirements. Maintain a robust product governance framework to ensure the product quality and compliance with both internal and external requirements. Serve as the subject matter expert on existing product offerings and be responsible for the accuracy and consistency of product documents and disclosures. Engage stakeholders for enhancing the product constructs/capabilities that would lead to cost savings or product platform efficiency. Requirements University degree in Business/Finance or related disciplines, preferably with relevant professional qualifications. Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in the asset management industry with focus on product development and management. Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders to deliver the expected outcome.
