Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the hybrid cloud architecture blueprint, aligning it with the overall technology strategy and business objectives. Design and implement robust and scalable hybrid cloud solutions, utilizing industry best practices and adhering to security and compliance requirements. Collaborate with application development teams to optimize application deployments in hybrid cloud environments, ensuring high availability and performance. Provide technical guidance and expertise to stakeholders on selecting suitable cloud service providers and establishing appropriate service level agreements (SLAs). Evaluate current infrastructure and identify opportunities for consolidation, virtualization, and migration to the hybrid cloud environment. Define and enforce policies and standards for hybrid cloud infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance, ensuring operational excellence. Identify and mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with hybrid cloud infrastructure through continuous monitoring and proactive security measures. Research emerging technologies and trends in hybrid cloud computing, making recommendations for their adoption to enhance overall infrastructure efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; master's degree is preferred. Proven experience as an infrastructure architect, preferably in the financial industry, with a focus on hybrid cloud solutions. Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Proficiency in architecting and deploying cloud-native applications and services using containers, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and DevOps principles. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing hybrid cloud architectures, integrating on-premises infrastructure seamlessly with public cloud services. Solid understanding of networking principles, storage technologies, and virtualization technology (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.). Familiarity with security and compliance requirements specific to the financial industry, including data privacy regulations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
