The RoleReview and process insurance policy applicationsVerify policy details, coverage limits, and endorsements against underwriting guidelines and policy termsAssist clients with policy-related questions, coverage explanations, and claims proceduresCollaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other teamsPerform ad hoc tasks
Your ProfileBachelor's degree in business administration, insurance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Knowledge of insurance products, policy administration processes, and insurance industry regulationsGood command of written and verbal communication skills in English and ChineseProficiency in MS Office applicationsImmediate available/ short notice period is preferred
