DescriptionStreamline operational and finance policies through process re-engineering and continuous improvementImplement, review and monitor internal control and risk management policies according to the statutory guidelines and business requirementsInternal Control Self-Assessment process by evaluating risks and controls, and detecting unusual trends to identify internal control deficiencies and follow-up action plansPerforming data analysis, including investigating the roots causes; and identifying anomalies.Assist to develop pragmatic recommendations for improvement, and follow up the implementation statusAssist Group internal audit on audits as well as execute follow-up actions on audit findings and recommendations including any irregularities or incidents
ProfileAt least 6 years working experiences, preferably with Big 4 backgroundPrior retail industry experience is a definite advantageIn-depth experiences in finance operations from international sizable companyExtensive experiences in internal control, policy and proceduresFamiliar with setting up internal control and risk management policies is a definite advantageExcellent inter-personal skills, and effective communication abilities in both English and Chinese
