Administrative Assistant (fresh grad welcome, up to 20k)

A global private wealth management firm is looking for an administrator to join their young and energetic team.
Your new role
Review and input customer information, including reviewing and extracting important data from customers' files and records.Act as the final checker to ensure the data is complete and accurate.Follow up with customers when errors are spotted.Liaise with other teams to perform a document checking process.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in the finance sector is a bonus.Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Immediate availability is a plus.Fresh graduates with internship experience will also be considered.
