Your responsibilities will be to:
- Provide comments as a machine supplier for DE and PE to optimize motor DFM/DFA by new project ESI. Plan automation assembly line layout and C/T calculation. Compose LOR of automation enabled machines with BU PE and M&S ECI team.
- Lead design engineers to develop machines that fulfill LOR.
- Review and approve machines conceptual, detail design and engineering drawings/BOM, to ensure machines fulfill safety assessment before delivery
- Manage design team to complete machine orders/JRs according to PMC schedule and control total spending to be within quotation budget.
- Manage to complete machine documents (operation manual, drawing/BOM registration) on time.
- Current machines improvement to fix issues or upgrade for adding new function or modification fit new model requirement.
- Solve machines issues reported by production sites including JE oversea plants.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automation Engineering;
- 6 years+ relevant experience in in developing automation
equipment/machineries (esp. injection molding machine), previous experience in motor assembly line is highly preferred - Familiar with the characteristic and application of Bosch conveyor, turntable, PnP, feeders, scara/6-axis robot. Having experience of selecting and applying them in automatic production line;
- Solid experience in mechanical / structural design; Superior technical problem solving skills;
- Experienced in the assembly processes of BLDC motor is preferable;
- Fluent in writing and speaking English and Mandarin.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager / Lead Engineer
- Work location: Jiangmen, Guangdong (Hostel & Shuttle bus provided)
