About the Role
Responsible for working with Prophet models, including but not limited to Stochastic and Real-World ALS applicationRoles and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the Prophet models, including but not limited to Stochastic and Real-World ALS applications.
Perform and test Prophet coding changes, as well as implement and test the end to end operating process for HKRBC, IFRS 17, Economic Capital, Stress Capital, Capital Planning and SAA etc.
Maintain documentation of the model enhancements.
Conduct controls according to internal requirements.
Provide technical/system coding help/ guidance to local business units, as required.
Actuarial analysis on modeling results.
Provide support on financial reporting.
Ad-hoc projects.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Relevant Experience
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in the life insurance industry, where candidate with both project management and modeling experience is an advantage.
Excellent conceptual and prophet system development skills.
Strong problem solving, project management and communication skills.
