We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic-minded Business Strategist to work closely with our Managing Director and translate their ideas and vision into actionable strategies. As the Business Strategist, you will play a critical role in shaping our product roadmap and driving the success of our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and leverage your expertise in product management to develop innovative strategies that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, excellent communicator, and possesses a strong ability to turn ideas into tangible plans.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Managing Director to understand their vision and ideas for product strategy, and translate them into clear and concise plans.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target market, customer needs, and industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and marketing, to define product requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to gather insights and inform product strategy decisions.
- Create comprehensive product strategy decks and presentations that effectively communicate key concepts, strategies, and recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive the execution of product strategies by working closely with product managers and other teams to ensure successful implementation and launch of new products or features.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, gather feedback, and make data-driven adjustments to the product strategy as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management to continuously enhance the effectiveness of our product strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management, consulting, or a related role, ideally in the Healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in using presentation tools and software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) to create compelling visual presentations.
- Have a graphic design background would be a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, fostering strong working relationships and achieving common goals.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
