- Lead and monitor the department to achieve sales target and ensure quality of service & work (i.e. timeliness, accuracy and compliance)
- Coordinate and manage loan applications
- Provide coaching for existing Service Ambassadors
- Collect the market information for product positioning
- Handle complaints from customers
- Assist Department Head to devise and implement strategic plan & system to enhance service quality and business effectiveness
- Implement human resources management in the department to enhance job satisfaction and capabilities of department members and to ensure appropriateness of job allocation
- Devote to ad hoc projects to achieve Company strategic plan
- Support and act towards the Konew Group’s vision
- Over 6 years of working experience in relevant field. Retail experience will also be considered.
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel & Access
- Excellent command of written & spoken English & Chinese (Particularly in business writing such as proposal, procedure, report, letters)
- Excellent conflict management skills to resolve conflict with customers
- Excellent management skills
- Good leadership, emotional intelligence and negotiation skill (including pervasive & bargaining tactics)
- Excellent interpersonal communication with external & internal parties in written and spoken English & Chinese (preferable in spoken Mandarin)
- Stress resilience

- Sociable, outgoing & cheerful
